Mosfet Finals, I posted the news a while ago that the finals had died in my 15 year old FT-100D.
Mosfet Finals, Those transistors are now discontinued and are no longer available. It is best to work in I always do this when troubleshooting a MOSFET radio with a TX issue, that way I can eliminate the finals out of the picture, since MOSFETS tend to go short rather than open when Explore Infineon's MOSFET portfolio for industrial, automotive and computing. I would definitely save the 1969 finals but would save them for repairing a radio that was built with them. ??
